THANK YOU! Mason Victoria and the Sonuskapos Jazz Orchestra received 2 nominations and 1 win at the 2018 Mississauga MARTY's for "IMAGINE WE'RE SAILING", the first full-length album by the Sonuskapos Jazz Orchestra (SSJO).

"IMAGINE WE'RE SAILING" is now available on Apple Music, Spotify, Bandcamp, Google Music and other streaming platforms.

Formed in 2013, the Sonuskapos Jazz Orchestra (SSJO) is a Toronto-based contemporary big band founded and led by Mason Victoria. Noted for its abnormally large size, the SSJO still manages to squeeze its way into some of the most iconic venues in Toronto, including the Rex Jazz & Blues Bar and Lula Lounge. Comprised of some of the most promising and emerging jazz artists in the GTA, the SSJO has been a headline at the Toronto Undergraduate Jazz Festival, a joint winner of the TD Discovery Series Special Projects Grant alongside the Socialist Night School, a featured artist by Sofar Sounds,

The SSJO's first full-length album, Imagine We're Sailing, was supported and partially funded by the Ontario Arts Council and was released on November 13th 2017. The album features special guest artists such as Humber College Head of Brass, Brian O’Kane, and Oscar Peterson award recipient, Matt Lagan.
